This issue now seems to be fully fixed as stats are showing up again. If you still have further issues with stats then please contact support for more help on this.
Hello dear EA! Today i was playing battlefield 3 on a server and after i exit and changed to another server my weapons and gudgets disappeared and i became from lvl 23 to lvl 0. I have premium and i'm playing on pc...i read that a premium users can reset their stats to lvl 0 but i didn't do that. If you can help me i would really appreciate that cause i enjoyed the game a lot. Please reply...Thanks!
Same here, I just found this out today. I had recently played in the last week and now my stats are gone ...

Wow...my stats just returned. mere minutes of posting. Anyone else getting theirs back?
Did you do anything to get your stats to how they were before? I, too, have the same problem as do many of the posters in this thread do. I was playing last night and when I logged into Battlelog this afternoon, my stats were completely reset.
I allready played some games today, earned xp and could play just normal. Then i switched the server and lost somehow my rank. I diddn't do anything specific. I diddn't cheated or insulted other players.
