Battlefield 3 will not start on my PC

Hi Guys,

I got battlefield Premium Edition 5 months ago and I still cannot get it to work on mt PC.  My PC specs are high enough for the game to work.  Whne I start the game I get the message    Invalid License. Reason code = Missing DLL:dxgi.dll Function: Create DXGIFactory1.

What does this mean and why can't I play. Since We have Staem and Origin and all the other piracy prevention systems loading games has been a nuisance.  Please help me to sort this out.Email [edit: email address removed]
