Hi,
i have rented a Battlefield 3 server on xbox for more than 4 months and serveral times during that time, i was not able to join or use my owm server. I created tickets for this, but i was advised to ask here.
Right now servers are working, but i can't extend mine anymore, since the 360 store was shut down at the end of July.
Can an employee extend my server for me?

On Wednesday, July 31st the following titles will be removed from digital storefronts and you will no longer be able to purchase them and all extra related content such as DLC.
Battlefield 3 (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3)
Battlefield 4 (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3)
Battlefield: Hardline (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3)
Online services for these titles on these platforms will end on November 7th, 2024. While the online components of these titles close for these platforms, if you own the game, you will still be able to play the single-player component.
Please note: Battlefield 3 will still be available for play on PC. Battlefield 4, and Battlefield: Hardline will still be available for play on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The announcement today does not affect these titles and platforms.

I am aware of the Xbox 360 Store shutdown as i wrote above...
I opened a ticket in december 2023 and another one just a few days ago, regarding issues with Battlefield 3 servers. Your colleague confirmed issues, but was not able to offer any kind of substitute or solution to me. He told me, to open up a topic on here to make the developement team aware.
Perhaps I have expressed it incorrectly initially:
I rented a server for serveral months and during that time, me and other players were not able to play on the server i paid for multiple times – sometimes a few days in a row.
Is there any solution you can offer to me?
As far as I'm informed EA is unable to provide any compensation or extensions for server renting because all of the mentioned services are going offline. Basically, nothing can be done since the services are being shut down.

Not being able to extend your server actually doesn't have anything to do with the 360 server shutdown, as the game was backwards compatible.
EA delisted Battlefield 3 and ALL it's DLC content on July 31st, including rent-a-server.
