This is really frustrating. I got EA Access to play battlefield and it took forever to download. Now the game has finished downloading and the campaign is 100% ready but I can't play the multiplayer mode. It says campaign 100% abd full game in grey at 0%. This is extremely frustrating. Please help!

Make sure your Xbox Live Gold is still active. If it is try doing a hard reset of your console but holding the glowing "X" button on the front of the console until it shuts down. Then restart the console, it will go through the long boot process and when you hit the dashboard start BF4 again and try to play multiplayer. If the multiplayer portion is not finished downloading it should resume and hopefully finish. You'l only be able to play the campaign until both the campaign and multiplayer are both at 100%.
