Battlefield 4 -- Dowloaded on xbox one now can't play multiplayer

This is really frustrating. I got EA Access to play battlefield and it took forever to download. Now the game has finished downloading and the campaign is 100% ready but I can't play the multiplayer ...

There should be a chat with online support so I don't have to wait however long for this issue to get resolved.... If it doesn't get resolved I definately need my five dollars back lol
