Battlefield 4 - Add Ons

I just subscribe monthly the EA play and download bf4 with all available add-ons,But the problem is only two add ons wont download because it need to be manage on steam.I already try to login steam a...

You should try uninstalling/installing the EA app, if that does not work, you should try contacting EA Help.

I did , but it keep saying "an unknow error occurered,restart the app and try again or reach out to our support team for help".I already try to restart my app and relogin back to ea app.
