"We are seeing a rising amount of contacts regarding Russian and Polish players wanting to exchange their Russian/Polish version of Battlefield 4 for an English copy of the game. This copy of the game that these players have purchased costs less than the English version, it does not have an English language track included on the install and this is working as intended. As such, you should under no circumstance exchange a Russian copy of the game for an English copy of the game."
For me this sounds like "You paid less, then play the game that is worse than the more expensive english one."
If we think further (extrapolate the localization problems) in BF5 the Russian/Polish version will have models and textures made not by DICE but by **bleep**ty Rus/Pol developers (just like now the Russian version kills all the single player story experience by awful and miscasted "voices" and wrong translation of in-game texts).
So in BF6 we (in RU/POL) will pay only for name "Battlefield 6" but the rest of the our region's game version will be poorly made in our region.
It's so bad and unfair but I don't see what can we do. Seems that in the end i'll use this cracked files and stuff
Just to be clear guys. BF 4 version bought in Poland is not cheaper than US one. It is around 58 USD ,as it is on current exchange rate. Cheaper in some online stores dropping to 54$, which is more than you need to pay for example in Green Man Gaming. I cannot say for russian pricing.
Being blunt I do not care how much EA Rus charges for games and I see no reason why I shoul dbe punished for it.
And yes I am Polish.
This "issue" is just ridiculous.
