    Hmm...

Okey try uninstalling the Browser PlugIn for battlelog. You do that by going into your browser settings.

And run your browser in Administrative mode.

You can do that by right clicking on your browser shortcut and than click properties. Than go compatibility and on check the bottom box that says Run This Program As Administrator. Click use & save and close out.

    Uninstalling all Plugins:

    For Mozila FireFox:

1 you click the button in top right corner of your ToolBar (it's like 3 horizontal lines)

    2. a little window will open when you click it and in that window find the option that says ADD-ons & click it

    3. a new tab will open and in it search for Battlelog Game Luncher and uninstall all of them (you can have 1 or 2 or even more)

    4. restart browser and re-login to Battlelog

    5. a download icon should apear in the top of screen

    6. re-install it

    For Chrome:

1.click the button in top right corner of your ToolBar (it's like 3 horizontal lines)

    2. click on settings

    3. click on extensions

4.search for Battlelog Game Luncher and uninstall all of them

5.restart browser & re-login to battlelog and the download Plugin Option should apear

    6.download and reinstall the plugin

    Try starting the game again.

Mark it as solved if it has worked for you, to let others know how to fix it.

    Sorry for any miss spelling.

    Best regards

  • OP which browser are you using?  Have you tried using a differenent browser as sometimes one browser's version doesn't play well with the Battlelog plugin but another will until your broser of choice's next update.  One thing that has consistently worked for me is saving the plugin update file to my desktop, closing the browser, running the updater as an admin and then after the update is complete restarting the browser.  This method is particularly effective on Firefox.
