Yeah ran into the same issue after installing Windows 10 Pro.
Was easily fixed by disabling SLI..... yeah its a bit of a hit to the pride department but hey my GTX770 4gb still run great on ultra on my 1440p 144hz monitor. consistently over 60fps average (besides when in the thick of tank battles or tank vs c4 battles at close range, it dips into the 40s).
Just got to wait till Nvidia figure it out and release a fix. All other games I play don't seem to run into this issue as of yet on Win10Pro.
I do know my friend on 660ti SLI has the same issue on windows 7 pro. Gave him a single 770 and he hasn't had the issue since.
