battlefield 4 and fifa 14 both unplayable

Since the update to BF4 on xbox one 13/12/13, my game is now impossible to play. 

Servers are always displaying  full when there's only a couple of players.

When/if i get to play, one bullet maybe 2 is killing me whilst i'm having to shoot many more bullets than before.

I cannot play this game now, it can take me over 15mins to get a game it's always crashing out of servers i never had this problem before update.

Fifa is just unplayable i can only play one game then it crashes back to dashboard both xboxone and ps4 are the same.

Is anyone else suffering the same effects as me after the Bf4 update? and can anybody advise me on how to get answers from EA or direct email to complaints or technical support, i would like refunds or some sort of compensation.

    Same exact problems for me. These are my only XBOX ONE games... so disappointed. Many other users are having the same problems on PS4 and XBOX ONE!

    Yes, battlefield keeps loosing my campaign games saves. Gave up after having to play from the begining for about the 4th time. Fifa is totally unplayable. Loads up then crashes when I try to play a match in any mode. Neither EA and Microsoft have helped me : ( 

    £100 worth of games just sitting here unable to work and the manufacturere/pubisher (EA) just ignores everyone (I have contacted them 5 times and been ignored or given poor advice) and doesnt publicise contact numbers.

    I gutted I brought the console so early

    I could only contact them via the online assistant. They were not very helpful. The only other way is by going on a forum and hope they see the issue or twitter, I tried that twice and have been ignored. 

    My next step will be to contact trading standards!
