Battlefield 4 boots me back to the main menu when I am about to enter spawnscree

I would very much like if an EA staff member can help with this and not some random person, unless they too had the exact same issue as seen in this video clip. For about a week now I am constantely kicked back to the main menu when just reaching the spawn screen after I joined a game.

I have a busy life and sometimes for once I want to play one of my most favourite games like battlefield 4. I want to play my game again, enough with being done to like this. I do not want to not have some alone time for ME!

Reply just someone reply with a solution and I repeat an EA staff member is preffered, but if anyone had the same issue (video watch it please) then I beg of you help me out!

I have tried everything at this point. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, I have tried to do things to punkbuster, I have tried restarting my laptop, I repaired battlefield 4. I have no idea what to do anymore, what is going on with my game! This did not happen a little bit more than a week ago. I can't enter any matches, because I get kicked out to main menu once the loading of the match is complete. Are you guys at EA really so inconciderate? REPLY TO ME I CAN'T PLAY MY GAME! A GAME I PAID 60 DOLLARS FOR! IN MY COUNTRY!. 

PLEASE HELP, REPLY. Some people need help, but some like me are desperate, Can't YOU SEE THAT! 

I did reinstall direct x (the one on the battlefield 4 game file)

I reinstalled microsoft.net framework (the latest version)

It is hopeless at this point, I have no idea what happened shortley before this week as this is when this started to happen.

try to deactivate all in game overlays, discord ,ea , nvidia, ts etc . it that does not work repair the game. if that does not work try to reinstall the drivers for your gpu and cpu. if that does not work try to reinstall bf4 or direct x or punkbuster. and if that does not work im sorry i could not help you.

I got the same with bf v and it is pissing me of and i know that the game works because 1 in the 10 times it will get in the menu

I have the same in bf v and as it works (what is very rare) i get out after first match is over then i have to reboot it 't play another one

Having the same issue right now. (Sept. 2024) very odd. Ran network tests through BF4 settings menu and xb menu both tests came back nominal. I can't even load the test range. Briefly hopped over to bf hardline and got right into a match. Went back to bf4, (atleast 20 active servers currently) can't get into any of them. It seems like everytime a new BF is getting released (Recently bf 2042 and now bf6 leaks) they do something new to the bf4 menu and it effects time to load into menus and games. What's odd is the little blinking box at the top won't go away. I got it to stop by opening up some battlepacks (lol who actually still does this?) But I still can't get into a game. It's crazy after like 12 years bf4 is still buggy, but somehow I still want to play it! Ughhhhhhh
