Exact same problem post-patch. The game ran flawlessly and crash-free before this patch. Now it crashes the PC (blue screen) between every single multiplayer map. This is 100% a problem with the patch, not our hardware. BF3 runs flawlessly as does every other title I own. Note, BF4 never crashed previous to this patch.

I have looked further into this and have found that the issue ( BAD_POOL_CALLER ) may be caused by VPN software. If you are using such then either update it to the latest available version or remove it from your system.
Ever since the Patch BSOD Bad Pool Caller didnt happen before the patch happened with the patch learn how to QC your products before crashing peoples games
Update to latest full version: 13.12

I am running Win 7 64 bit.
6 GB of RAM
I have just bought a new card to run this game and have latest Nvidia drivers.
I have wiped my machine 3 times, I have tried my GFX card in different slots. I swapped my Ram around all I desperate attempts to run smoothly. I have also done a game repair, reinstalled Punkbuster and Directx, all to try to fix this.
Every single map change results in my PC crashing, If I leave game by the exit option I crash, how ever, If I alt tab and exit the game via the browser option, I do not crash.
Single player is crashing, If I die during the campaign, when my machine attempts to reload the respawn point, my PC crashes.
I get either a looping music or sound crash, I get a BSOD crash and a red screen of death crash. I DO NOT get this with any other game on my system.
I had a similar issue during one or two of the updates in BF3, but they seemed to resolve their selves, I am guessing from something done at EA/Dices end.
Please help, you have an amazing game here, just frustrating me to the point I where it isn't fun to play with the machine locking up 4 or 5 times a night when I sit down after work to play.
I have looked in the event viewer and I am getting something called a Kernel error, which is the same error I had with the BF3 issues, but like I say they resolved them selves and I wasn't crashing after every map change.
huxx07, obvious question...but did you update your graphics drivers?
Do a memory check on your RAM.
Also do a virus scan too.
Also have a read of this thread on Battlelog - seeing as you are using Nvidia card 'NVidia users - fix for crashes'

I have used the disable command and was able to run afor a while last night, which is an improvement. I did crash, not the PC lock up turn off by power crash which is what was happening.
I got an error from DirectX which only happens every now and again. I was able to alt tab out with this error.
http://s93.photobucket.com/user/huxx/media/dxerror.png.html?sort=3&o=0 is a picture of the error. If any one is able to help any further.
Nevermind, crashing after every map again.
