Battlefield 4 Buggy Campaign

I was told by EA Support that I am supposed to post ingame bugs on the Answer HQ forums because the game developer will look and contact me with an answer. When I play campaign for Battlefield 4 on my Xbox One, it has a bunch of glitchy missions. I was on the mission where I was defending the aircraft carrier (mission 2 or 3?) and I shot a helicopter down. Well the people in the helicopter would be glitching up and down fast in the air and they never went into the water. They eventually just stayed in the air. On that same mission I get to the point where I rescue the captain when he barricaded himself in a room from the chinese on the bridge. When the captain opens the door from the barricaded room, I get stuck in between the door and a bunch of other people in my squad somehow. And I can't get out. I had to restart that checkpoint so I could get out. Then when I was on another mission where I was driving a tank to the airfield in Shanghai or Singapore where I would eventually signal jets to come in and blow it up. As I was driving the tank, I would all of a sudden just go under the map for like 5 seconds and then I would pop back up. This happened like 6 other times too! I could drive through friendly tanks. That's just a couple of glitchy events that happened. The game is fully installed on my xbox one and has the latest updates for both the game and console.. I can't believe you guys would release a game this glitchy and poorly made. I was quitting call of duty for a little bit but I may be going back to call of duty because I never have had glitches in call of duty campaign. Has anyone else experienced this problem? What can I do to fix it. I would really appreciate an answer.
