Battlefield 4 Campaign and Online Crashes during "Loading Level" - how to get refund?

Can not play this **bleep**ing game and there is no word I can find from DICE.  I sent them Twitter messages, posted on forums, tried fixing it myself and nothing is working.  I'm extremely upset.  I spent a lot of money on this PC and am a premium member and we are being ignored.  

This really is crap. Trying to play Campaign here, and it loads the trailer and intro, but once it -tries- to load the map and game it self... It just stops, and it stays black until I force quit the game... What am I paying for this game for ? This is really Upsetting. I'm sure some understand that this game is -new- but c'mon... This really reflects good on the video on youtube "EA Games in a nutshell".

If this "bug" could get fixed some how, That would be great, Because finishing the campaign would be really great, and also being able to play multiplayer. But only seeing a black screen does not get me far, nor the $70 I spend. And yes, Battlefield 4 did work, until It -stopped- for the first time, now it does it all the time.

Please get those problems fixed, I'm sure europe overseas would not like any of those 'bugs' and 'glitches' and so on either.

Same here. BF4 for me is entirely unplayable. Single player campaign after that 700MB update, everytime during cutscene and loading screen, it crashes, I tried to restart computer again and again, but it still crashes every time.

Multiplayer is extremely laggy and I cannot move and I got killed everytime without knowing what is going on. Even clicking deploy button takes over 10 seconds to get me deployed.

So single player is broken for me, multiplayer either. So I can't play this game anymore.

You know what you (and all the rest of us) are paying for? A beta of a game they have yet to finish. They just wanted to get a game out, so that they could make a last bit of money on the current gen consoles, and in order for it to sound legit, they had to release that version for pc too.

OMFG guys just chill your **bleep**! EVERYONE has this problem! everyone who bought the game crashes. Its not just you. I crash within 10 minutes into gameplay but im not complaining. Every big AAA game that comes out has problems just wait for them to patch it.

im crashing 24/7 it not my pc it this stupid game -.-! after the disaster launch of bf3 why did i expect any better

Yeah my game just backs out with no error message or anything. Since EVERYONE is having this problem, I'm pretty sure I didn't get one of the "cursed" XB1's rumored to be around. My input: this is a new game, and EVERYONE is playing it, so they're probably experiencing network overload. I spoke to an EA employee yesterday, he said the servers were PACKED. Hopefully they patch it up and we can get back to loading our games correctly 🙂

Sorry dude but there is NO fix for this bug yet.EA has yet to do anything about it.Try getting your money back for this crappy game.
