Battlefield 4 Campaign Bug Kunlun Mountains Bug

During the campaign mission Kunlun Mountains there are 3 dog tag collectibles that you can collect. After playing thew the mission several times it still only shows that I have collected 2 even tho...

I'm having the exact same problem on ps3....showing 2/3 collected.
The strange thing is, on the battle log website it shows I've collected all 3....really frustrating.

Had this issue on Several Campaign Missions on the 360.  The DogTags were unlocked for use in MP, but I did NOT get credit for picking them up in the Campaign.  

At least your whole Campaign saves haven't just dissapeared like mine on 360
