Battlefield 4 Campaign Bug Kunlun Mountains Bug

During the campaign mission Kunlun Mountains there are 3 dog tag collectibles that you can collect. After playing thew the mission several times it still only shows that I have collected 2 even tho...

I'm having the same issue as well. I thought i forget the dogtag. Played it over and again same issue. It appears unlocked for MP but stays open for the trophies. I played the SP 4 times already. Now i'm tiered of it. I hope this will get fixed so i can just replay the mission and get it done , if it's possible and i don't have too replay the whole campaign again.
