BATTLEFIELD 4 CAMPAIGN PROGRESS LOST, AND RANDOM DOG TAGS

Hello I played bf4 last week on my ps4 and the next week all my single player progress disappeared! I tried backing it up with ps plus but didn't work. Also I'm getting random dog tags such as second assault dog tags and get 500 kills with F2000 (which I haven't done)

Are you kidding me i am very disappointed in EA i was more than half way through the campaign and suddenly all my progress is lost this is unbelievable i paid 60$ for this game i even installed the update that had to fix this problem and yet it still happens what a shame !
