BATTLEFIELD 4 CAMPAIGN PROGRESS LOST, AND RANDOM DOG TAGS

Are you kidding me i am very disappointed in EA i was more than half way through the campaign and suddenly all my progress is lost this is unbelievable i paid 60$ for this game i even installed the update that had to fix this problem and yet it still happens what a shame !
