I Just lost all my progress in the Campaign i was in my last level on the ps4.. I saved it turned off my ps4 one hour later i wanted 2 continue my campaign it was all gone the only thing i could do wast starting a new one... But all off my unlock are still visible on the battlelog?
EA Help me?

I'VE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM SINCE LAUNCH DAY. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S STILL NOT FIXED, OR IS IT? I HAVEN'T PLAYED THE CAMPAIGN IN OVER 2 MONTHS BUT I ASSUME THAT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.
I JUST DON'T HAVE TIME TO START FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE LEVEL 1 CAMPAIGN AND PLAY THE CAMPAIGN ALL THE WAY THRU. THIS IS AN OBVIOUS PROBLEM AND AM QUITE SURPRISED IT HASN'T BEEN FIXED YET.
I'D APPRECIATE IT IF YOU KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS OR THE SOLUTION AND COULD FILL ME IN ON THE LATEST.....THANKS!

you shouldnt post in all caps here as fustrating as it may be the people who are attempting to help you are possibly in the same situation as you. when playing on 360 i had installed both discs to the hdd while i did the playthough. in addition i backed up my profile save data to cloud storage. i see that everyone is on multiple platforms so my suggestion is to clear your profile data and clear system cache. if on 360 install the singleplayer disc if ps3 can install discs they should too.
this suggestion typically works but doesnt mean it will. all rewards and assignments previously are tracked by battlelog no need to worry about losing them.
IMPORTANT
deleting profile save data clears singleplayer progression (this is a general warning) and setttings (video, audio, controls, etc.)
if all else fails contact ea support http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4 they may have ideas.

oh thanks genius , like if most of us didn't heard about this already ,I wonder if they fix it....nah but I that would be totally unrealistic and since just by watching ,more comments below , looks like it will never be fixed.....btw all those steps shouldn't been done if that game would be what it should ,shame on you EA
