Battlefield 4 China Rising Code Not Working

I Bought Battlefield 4 Yesterday(i know im late) but when i put the code for the china rising DLC in the reedem codes area it said it had already been used? i just bought the game and i dont know why that showed up? someone help.

    If you bought the games used, it was most likely already used and cannot be redeemed. You may be able to return it to the store that you purchased it from in exchange for a brand new copy of the game with an unused code included depending on the store's return policy and if they have any copies of it in stock that include the code with it.

    1) Pick the device you need help with.
    2) Select the topic your problem falls under, and provide some more information on the issue.

    Was it a used game they probably kept it in there, you would have to buy the expansion or return the game and get a new one that is not used

    Hey @yamanzmarz what are you playing on PC or console)?

    If you go to Origin and click MY GAMES then right click on the BF4 game icon and choose 'show game details' does the China Rising game icon in expansions have a little green plus sign beside it? 

    If you are certain that the code was not used before then its best to talk to an EA games advisor and let them check it out for you:
