Battlefield 4 China Rising Code Not Working

I Bought Battlefield 4 Yesterday(i know im late) but when i put the code for the china rising DLC in the reedem codes area it said it had already been used? i just bought the game and i dont know why ...

    If you bought the games used, it was most likely already used and cannot be redeemed. You may be able to return it to the store that you purchased it from in exchange for a brand new copy of the game with an unused code included depending on the store's return policy and if they have any copies of it in stock that include the code with it.

    1) Pick the device you need help with.
    2) Select the topic your problem falls under, and provide some more information on the issue.
    3) Select 'Live Chat' or 'Call Me' depending on what is available, and what you would prefer.
