Battlefield 4 China Rising Redeem On PS4 Has No Choose A Version Option

Hey, so i have had this problem since last year and i still haven't found a solution that works for me. Last month, i ordered Battlefield 4 on PS3 and it came with a code to redeem China Rising. By then however, i had already sold my PS3 (Battlefield 4 arrived late) and i kept it to utilise the $15 update (its $15 in Australia) because my PS4 was on it's way. I decided to redeem the codes on the SEN website first because i wasn't sure if my PS4 would arrive before the end of December (The code says it will expire on the 31st of December. My PS4 eventually did arrive before Dec. 31st and so i went to download Battlefield 4 and China Rising. As everybody else had experienced, they were prompted to pay the full price ($21.95 AUD). However, from the dynamic menu, it said for me that China Rising was free (like it should because i redeemed the code) When i open it it still prompts me to pay full price. Now for everybody else, they could select it from the store and then there would be a select version option WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. i'm not sure how to post a photo onto here but i do have photographic evidence. it showed the exact same thing wherever i accessed it from unlike everbody else on the forums and no fix has worked for me yet (that i have found) i tried re-entering code and everything. Its now January and i think i may have missed my opportunity to get it (if i could) and i am both dissapointed and angry. I even asked EA support before my PS4 arrived and i got no reply. PLEASE DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW I CAN GET CHINA RISING FREE ON PS4 WITH MY CODE LIKE EA CLAIMS I CAN? 😕mileysad: pls help i am getting desperate and this is my first time using answer HQ
