Battlefield 4 Community Test Environment Install Issues Debug Test Code 1102

I have attempted to install the new BF4 CTE game client and I am presented with : Internal Debug info Test Code: 1102. Then after the download fails it tells me to try again and select Yes when prompted by windows. The windows prompt never appears.

    Mine installed OK, even played a while, then 2 days ago there was an update and not CTE is FUBAR, won't even launch.  Tried the "repair game"
     routine, it told me it repaired successfully and then got debug code 1102.  CTE still will not launch, can'r even get to the CTE battlelog.

    Well HOWDY DOO!  I did as the post above mine said, stopped and re-started Origin and CTE started up!

    I have the problem that it says i dont have the plugin but i do and i have installed and uninstalled tthe plugin various times and still cant play

    I have the plug in prob to aswell as the 1102 message, Now chrome wont play CTE, but I use I.E instead, that works, strange ? cant see the final stand maps on CTE though ?

    im trying to download battlefield 4 origin game time so when i click download it says download paused click yes when windows promps but no message appears anyone else have the same sort of problem plz fix it.
