Battlefield 4 Community Test Environment

Hey guys so I have been having some problems recently with updating the Battlefield 4 Community Test Environment. I stopped the update because I was downloading some other games so it won't slow it down. After those other games had been downloaded, I tried to start updating the CTE but it keeps on saying download failed. It only reached 14% and I cannot stop the update nor can I continue the update. I cannot even reinstall the CTE and cannot uninstall it either. Someone please help so I can test Battlefield 4 for the community!
