Battlefield 4 crashes with every greater version of AMD Catalyst driver than 13.12
Hello everyone!
My Battlefield 4 crashes with every greater version of AMD Catalyst driver than 13.12 (that means i crash from 14.1beta till now with 14.7beta) and i can not find anything related with these crashes for months.
I am doing a clean install every time before i try an AMD driver version (tried with 3rd party tools too) and after the loading screen the game crashes almost instantly.
My card is not overclocked and it does not overheat.I have the ASUS(AMD) HD Series 6950 DCII 2GB.
I tried to lower every Video Setting in-game or even turn it off if it has this option (example Anti-aliasing).
Also my card does not support Mantle so probably my problem is not related to this.
PS
I've seen other people with this problem too.

I have been experiencing this exact same issue with my Window 7 x64 (2 HD5870s in Crossfire). I think I determined that the "Deferred AntiAliasing" is the issue. This is how I resolved the issue, go to the Test Firing Range and before spawning launch the options (the test firing range seems to allow the game to continue to run without crashing so long as you do not spawn). Then in the video options turn off "Deferred AntiAliasing". Save then spawn in to make sure the game does not crash. I haven't played enough with the setting to be 100% sure it is this specific setting or a combination of things, but that option can trigger the problem right when I apply the setting. I have also had success using "Auto" settings but YMMV.
