Battlefield 4 Dam Destruction

My teammates keep yelling at me to blow the dam, but there is nothing I have thought of that will do this. The second charge that Irish planted has disappeared, and the only way back to the other one has magically been concreted shut.

Simply put: how do you destroy the dam in BF4?!
