Battlefield 4 disappeared from Origin

My prepurchased BF4 Premium has disappeared from my Origin Games list.

My purchase is in my order history on 23 Oct and says "completed"; I have paid for the game, too. The game was in "My Games" list but disappeared yesterday and has not returned.

I have tried to "reload my games".

I live in Korea where the game will be released 29 Oct.

Any ideas on what my problem could be?

In my view you should immediately contact EA Support under Account/Billing Section.

I guess I ll wait until the 29th and hope that it reappears?

If you only bought Premium it won't show, if you bought Premium and the base game then premium will show under BF4

This happened to me as well, BF4 has dissapeared from origin and I looked at my orders and it showed a refund for some reason for my digital deluxe version.

Just happend to me, was told that it was refunded, How could this be? i didnt ask for this? and i was told that i have to rebuy the game? UH WHAT?

i just looked at my order history like you did only it says on mine _refund_ $0.00 ..... BULL**bleep** thats no refund thats stealing also i have the deluxe version so it should be around 76$ with tax not ZERO... why is that ??
