- Is your router firmware up to date?
- Wireless or Wired? Describe your network.
- Can you attach a dxdiag:

- Is your network card driver up to date?
- Does it happen if you try a clean boot with Punkbuster still enabled?

Hello and thanks for the reply! I have a wired network connection to a router the router is a Technicolor TG789vac, i got it last week. THe firmware is up to date. I tried whitelisting BF4 and origin, I also tried without any firewalls activated. I also checked that my network card was up to date. I also tried the clean boot with punkbuster allowed, unfortunately none of these steps solved the problem. I have also tried flushing DNS, opening all the ports that EA list for BF4 in the router. I attached the DXdiag and I hope you can get some info from it!

So, looking at your dxdiag I become a bit worried about your response. You say your network equipment is updated but from looking at it your built in network card is probably not updated and could probably use a driver update from:
also your graphics driver is out of date as well..
Your router is a big question mark to me, I don't know Technicolor or how to download newer firmware for them.
I can also see in your DXdiag that the windows network diagnostic is crashing which is worrying. You might want to scan your harddrives for errors and check for corrupt Windows files
- Thanks for the replys! I have now updated all drivers i could, but it didnt help. I also ran a chkdsk and a sfv scan, and no errors were found.
I guess it could be a power plan thing. Is your power plan set to maximum performance in the Windows settings?
