Sorry you are having this issue, it seems to be plaguing a few Battlefield Titles right now. I too am having this issue with BF4 and yet to fix this issue.
I just want to give you some other things to try that may help:
- Clearing EA App Cache
- Launching the game from Battlelog
If you haven't already, check My Post on this issue and there could be some answers there for you to try in the replies.

@imacross001 Nope, still haven't fixed it. I have no idea what caused it or why it's happening, its incredibly annoying.
- @CxnnorH I already contacted EA support but everytime I reply to an email of them I just get a different support worker apologizing for the issue, did you try contacting them in the past?
