Battlefield 4 download language problem

My problem is very frustrating and maybe a little costly.  On the other hand, there might be a very simple solution and I am just overlooking it.  The short version is, I have a Chinese version of Battlefield 4 via Origin platform, downloaded; and need the English version.  And, I should not be charged again for as new purchase.  Long version is:

I live in Taiwan, am primarily an English speaker, downloaded Origin here, and the language was automatically set to Chinese.  I could not figure out how to change to English until tonight after looking around several sites.  However, before changing it, I had purchased a download for Battlefield 4 from Amazon and then redeemed it through the Origin client.  I can read a few Chinese characters, and downloaded it.  But later realized it had download the Chinese version.  I do not know if it asked me about language choice; but I cannot remember ever seeing the character for language anywhere.  It seemed to just set to the Chinese version automatically.  Now, I have the Origin platform set to English but a Chinese version of the game which not playable because I can only read about 5% of the characters in the game.  Will Origin let me download an English version, or are they going to charge for another download.  Or would there be a way to change the language of this one?  It would be sad if they do not offer a free solution; as the download problem was not my mistake.

Lastly, it has not been possible to talk with customer service so far.  Just purchased this computer and need to get a microphone.  Having them call me is not an option because they will only call North America.
