battlefield 4. European servers

I cannot get onto European servers. There are huge queues and people can't get on. Either we're told we have internet issues or these are just no lobbies. Not my internet checked all that with isp and my nat is open. 70.9mps and a 16 millisecond ping. Every other hand I play the servers are fine just yours. Tried tweeting but got no answer. Tried phoning but kept on hold. Thinking about taking this further as I believe you have sold a game on the pretext of being a multiplayer game. I paid £54 for the game and £39.99 for the premium. That's a lot of money for something I can't use.
