As I said in my Original post I have already tried all of these options. Thanks though.
You must download and install the microsoft visual c++ 2013, but please I believe the site you used was one I encountered, that or you installed the one found on your battlefield 4 game files

check screen shot for which one is the right one, please download and install the x64 version.
BUT to BE SURE, first repair the game. You can find repair here at "manage" next to where your game is located after that restart your pc. If it didnt work, only then install microsoft visual 2013 x64 from the site I provided.

Hey i got the same problem, i tried to start bf4 from steam EA APP show up and my game doenst run, i delete the cache from EA APP and nothing, instaling all visual C+ and nothing, changing windows nothing, adding .DLL nothing same error 0xc00007b
Did you try the visual 2013 version 12.0 from the link I gave, that is the one I used not any others
Read my reply 3rd from the bottom and then use that link and download and install visual c++ 2013 v12.0. This is the one I used.
