Battlefield 4 Guilin peak flag d cave massive frame rate drop

Me specs Intel 3960x 16gb ram windows 8.1 gtx780., everything up to date

look on battlefield 4 Guilin peak flag d there is a massive frame rate drop in the cave. It is so bad that its stuttering a little and the mouse feels sluggish. I don't need you to tell me how to fix it because you can't. The game and map are otherwise grate but I can't stand the map because of it. I have 3 friends with different specs and they have exacly the same problem. And its not an area that has a lot of in detail. i just need to know one thing please please tell me are EA awear of this problem and are they going to patch it at some point.
