same problem here, windows 8.1 64bit new drivers, after few minutes game exits to desktop, even in single player

Change compatibility to win 7.
Right click on the 2 shortcuts eg. battlefield 4 and battlefield 4(64 bit). Click properties and compatibility tab and change to win 7
