Battlefield 4 Help lost my progress

@EA_Atic ok so I’m kinda new to battlefield 4 I’ve been playing battlefield 1 so I’ve been playing a lot of battlefield 4 lately I got to level 14 then when I log in the other day all my guns were gone and also when I try to play the battlefield game mode or large scale conquest it say I don’t have the dlc installed when I look I have all the dlc for the game and also I’ve looked on to battlelog and it says I have everything and when I look at my rank now it’s 13

@KeenOmnivore241 Looking on Battlelog your soldier is still level 14 and you have unlocks so I suspect there was a connection error with the Battlefield stats servers going on during the times over the past few days when Battlefield had server outages issues https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/KeenOmnivore241/

Regarding your DLC you must install them separately on Xbone after the main game is installed, have you manually installed the DLC?  If yes please try doing a hard reset of your Xbone by holding the power button until the console shuts down. This will clear the cache and potentially clear up any bad data in the cache.
