Battlefield 4 keeps crashing on PC [Jan 9]

I've been playing for about 3 hours and the game launches smooth, runs fantastic, but after 3 or 4 games it will crash. The audio will loop (sometimes) and the video will freeze. There doesn't seem t...

I have the same problem. I noticed when I bring up the task manager the blue banner on the bottom of the screen on battlelog says "Transitioning". Here's my info:
