Dont know where you been ..but those of us on consoles have had this issue for a LOOOONG time now.....
Many have reported it on Battlelog....We just learned to deal with it (never get any response other then Clear you cache),,,,, so most of us stay away from certain maps.....Lancang Damn for example...
