Battlefield 4 keeps crashing on PC [Jan 9]

I've had my computer on both BF3 and BF4, with no hardware change, just some minor driver updates from year to year.
My settings is like medium, with high resolution.

* Game crashes at startup.
* Game crashes suddently whilst playing.
* Game has never crashed when changing map.

Same issues on BF3 just not as frekvent as on BF4.

BF4 is random on how long I can play. All from 0min (startup crash) to 20min in-game (Campain and multiplayer.)

My specs:
Win 8.1 64-bit

i5-3305P 3.1GHz (4CPUs)

GeForce GT 640 8076MB (Driver version: 344.75, Version date 2014-novemeber 18.)

Memory: 8192 DDR3
DirectX 11.2

I have none graphical error or glitch in-game, I only have issue with the game crashes all the time non-stop.

But I do recall the crashes are related to me killing someone, followed by fast movement+enviormental explosion, in most cases. ( could be circumstantial )

The system also says that the graphic card driver stopped working and has been restored.
When this happens, it's IMPOSSIBLE to start the game again. But a few hours later, then I can go back in and play untill the next crash.

which is STRANGE!! Right?
