Battlefield 4 multiplayer

I recently bought Battlefield 4 for my PC off of Origin. I can play the campaign just fine but when I try to join a game it just wont let me play. I have tried letting it load for at least 15 minutes each time or trying to join a new server. Also this is my first battlefield game and there is something wrong i am probably doing but i have tried a lot of things. Please help me.
