Battlefield 4 no keyboard or mouse inputs when spawning in game on PC

Hello, Just recently ive noticed that when i launch BF4 on PC I have no Keyboard or Mouse inputs and my player just runs forward when spawning. ALT+TAB sometimes helps (rarely), SHIFT+F1 is disabled in game (As some people have suggested) and When i CTRL+ALT+DEL task manager comes up with BF4 no responding. 

Any advice on how to fix this issue will be appreciated, its starting to get really frustrating!
