I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Try clearing the PS5 system cache and rebuilding the database. There are instructions for that here.

i really want to cooperate here. But i have to inform you that i did that too. it didn't work.There is only one thing that i'm suspicious about:
I used to play by another ID (which was in sync with my PSN ID) back then on PS4.
When i purchased PS5, i changed my ID. that could be the reason that my BF2042 works but BF4 doesn't.
My assumption: The BF4 server recognizes my PSN link via that previous ID only and is not in sync with my ID change on PSN.
