Battlefield 4 PC how to play multiplayer

When I go into the main menu, i don't see any option to go to multiplayer. Just campaign, options,quit, and this thing that says battlelog in the corner thatd oes nothing when i press enter. Am i mis...

    OK, your game is likely pirated then, uninstall it and buy it from Origin so you get multiplayer

I think i probably should of mentioned that i bought my computer from some guy, and some games were there. So i dont have it on origin.Is there any way i can play multiplarer, or is this a lost cause?
