Battlefield 4 Premium - No content when trying to join Premium maps.

I own a PS4 with both an US and UK account.

I bought Battlefiel 4, and Premium through the US store.

When I enter the game, on both accounts, it states "Battlefield 4 - Premium" in the main menu, and I can see and open battlepacks included with the Premium package.

However, on both accounts, If I try to join a server running one of the expansion maps in Premium, I get a error popup:

There is no content.

It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale.

I have tried going to Settings -> PSN -> Restore Licenses.

    Hi there,

    You must first download the extended maps before you can join them. Once downloaded, you should be able to join these without any problems. 

    Check the in-game store > Premium > Expansion Packs > Download.

    If you still can't access the content, please report back here again and I will do my best to help you further.

    I'm currently downloading the maps, it takes a while so I'll post again tomorrow if it worked.

    hey

    when i try to join to maps is BT4 (ps4) 

    i got this masg

    there is no content it might not be for sale yet or might no longer be for sale 

    i already download the maps

    still not working 

    help pliz

    i dont own premium but all the maps are for free im facing the same problem
