battlefield 4 premium didn't transfer from xbox 360 to xbox one

A few days after I could download it for free! I don't know what the problem was.

Same thing happened to me. You have to wait for the game to fully download before this option becomes available. However you can still play the game before it is fully downloaded, but you can't active Premium in the game store. I was nervous about this. The next day when I checked Premium was free. It took probably another half a day to download all the DLC. The only thing that doesn't appear to have carried across for me is the DMR unlock kit. I received this on XBox 360, but it didn't transfer to XBox One.

Regarding the DMR shortcut kit it doesn't transfer because it's considered to be DLC and Microsoft's promotion stated that only the premium service would transfer and not individual DLC.
