Just started playing BF4 Campaign. I get to Shanghai level, and near the end when the helicopter takes off, I get killed but I only get sound when it restarts, no picture. I have tried two copies of the game and the same happens at exactly the same point. No problems before this.
Can you explain.
Yeeeah, that's not a solution is it.
You could equally usefully say you can also avoid this problem by not actually playing the game in the first place.
This is a serious bug with the game which should have been fixed by now. Poor effort on EA and Dice's part
I just bought game at playstore and it got that bug.
So, it's December of 2019 and still nothing. I was playing the Shanghai mission on my PS3, and I died right after the part where Jin Jie got shot. So far I haven't been able to use a SINGLE part of the game and now my account is broken. Thank you DICE and EA for showing me that you don't need any more of my money.
