Battlefield 4 PS3 Lost Campaign Progress (UPDATED Nov 18)

I went through the campaign on hard got every dog tag and weapon on it also but for some reason it says i only have 2 of the dog tags on kunlun mts. and every time i replay the mission i get them all but wont say i have it when paused and shows progress. Does anyone know if i restart the game will i have to get everyrhimg all over or just that one.

    I have that same problem where I collected 3 dog tags in kunlun (prison) but showed I have 2 dog tags. I replayed it and thought I missed one but I didn't. Please ea if you are going charge 50 for premium (suppose to be free for bf3 premium players) at least fix the issues we are having!
