Battlefield 4 PS3 Lost Campaign Progress (UPDATED Nov 18)

Have the same issue, Downloaded APP for tablet and on the Battlelog shows me at Campaign Mission 7, but my PS3 data was gone. have to restart at Mission 1 again. Need an update before I want to go far again.

Be nice if EA would at least send something out to say they are looking at this at least?
