Did they ever get back to you with a solution. My friends and I are having the same problem. I'm not happy with EA and the makers of BF4. WTF?

I got the game last week and downloaded all the updates I needed in order to play. I had beaten four out of the seven campaign levels on hard, and gotten the gold as well as level specific achievements for getting a certain score on each level. A day or so later I entered my code for China Rising DLC from my limited edition game. Then I went to go finish campaign. It erased my campaign as well as my friends on his xbox after he downloaded China Rising. I was mad but thought whatever I heard this game was glitchy. I have now played THREE times on campaign, and the campaign wasn't that great the first time. I have picked up all hidden weapons, dog tags, level high scores, gold on each level etc, all three ending etc, and it's not detecting it. I should have received the "Above and Beyond the Call"(complete all assignments in campaign) and "Full Aresenal"(unlock all assignments and collectibles in campaign) achievements but the game doesn't recognize I've done this. Also, From the main menu when I check my awrds and look at assignments,it shows I've only completed Baku, Kunlun Mountains, and Tashgar levels,even though under that i've gotten all the awards for getting the high scores on each level. Doing the whole thing in one sitting changed nothing. All the scores reset to zero after I've played the levels. Don't want to sink time into it again as the campaign wasn't that great to begin with
