Battlefield 4 PS3 to PS4 upgrade Code Expired

I just bought a ps4 400euros today,because the console is available since a week or so again after months of waiting,...

Have been playing bf4 on ps3 since the game came out,bought premium becauce the vouce code in the case of bf4 of china rising didnt work properly,worthless!!

After paying 50 euro for getting online for a year you are telling me i can´t upgrade the game to ps4 because the code is expired???

How about this EA and mr Sony?Hi movie loving people we are giving you a very nice discount for movietickets of a particular movie,the theater opens today!The only thing is the movie doesnt play in the theater no more it ended in march,how does that sound?

I forgot something, mr EA and Sony,..i forgot to mention the unbelievable bf4 game network or netcode issue´s on the ps3 from beta till now.

Even the game sound and grafics are lagging at the start of the game at certain maps.

And the Freezing of the bf4 game and ps3 console (a couple times an hour),....having to hard reset or pull the plug of the ps3!

Must be very good for the hardware in the console!

Paid100 euros for a worthless game destroying my console,great works!

Now have to pay 35euros more to make the game playable for the ps4,pfff.

It feels like a big scam!

I'm in the same boat, but the offer expired 31 March 2014 so if we missed it we missed it. This was a Sony promotion and not an EA promotion so nobody at EA can do anything about this, and the EA Answer HQ is a community run technical self help forum so you are talking to other gamers here and not to the official EA support.

If you are dead set on pursuing this issue I recommend that you contact Playstation customer support and make the inquiry with them since it was Sony's promotion to encourage people to adopt the PS4 early.  Personally I just went to Game Stop and purchased a discounted pre-owned PS4 copy of BF4 and called it a day.  My soldier and premium still imported with zero problems.
