Battlefield 4 PS4 Amazon.com Code

I received an Amazon.com code for a pre-order battlepack offer via email.  I logged into Origin and followed the instructions.  I received a message that I was going to recieve an email with some other code.  I never received an email and I never received the battlepack online.  Please let me know what I have or have not done correctly.
